Are they real?
Let's say they are - elves, gnomes, trolls, faeries, tree- and flower devas can be perceived as "living beings". If I want to meet them, I can sit down in my garden and wait until I see one - this may take an awful lot of time and may also be a hard test for my patience. There are many things we human beings do that scare the faeries away, and getting to know each other has to be seen from both sides - I may want to meet them, but what if they don't want to meet me? Or maybe they are out of town this weekend?

Based on many experiences in my garden I took some notes what we can do to contact elves - chances are that they are curious enough to meet us, too! 

What can I do?
The most important thing is to believe in these spirits first. If you believe in their existence, you are in a different position than you would be in if you said "that's childish nonsense, there is nothing like faeries." Believing in them empowers them. Take care to be in a good mood, bad moods scare the faeries away - honestly, would you want to talk to your unknown new neighbor if you saw him wandering through his garden, angrily mumbling to himself, kicking pebbles? You should also avoid strong emotions - our feelings are of an intensity that can scare or even hurt devas and faeries.

Elves and gnomes think that metal cutting tools are disgusting - my grandma placed open scissors on the kitchen windowsill to chase away evil spirits, and this also helps against faeries. If you have just worked in your garden, simply pack away all knives, scissors, trimmers and mowers and close the door of your shed before you turn to talking to devas. forward>>
